MAUI 2015

                                                           Maui 2015.
Oh Maui how I miss you!. I decided to post a throw back trip blog post. Soo many pictures of this beautiful island.
We took a family trip. My husband had been there but was all the rest of us' first time. You can imagine how hectic the flight was and the process to carry 3 toddlers (3 yr, 2yr, and 1 yr old)luggage, 3 car seats and double stroller but we were crazy enough to do it . The good side is we didnt pay for 2 kids ;) . So let me tell you about our trip.
                                                                     Day 1.
As we landed and got off the plane you knew you were in Hawaii. The humid heat greeted us :) . We went to get our rental. The drive to our condo was filled with green mountains, tall grass and just relaxing.
When we opened up the door to our condo, I looked straight ahead and was in awe of the breathtaking view we had. Sitting in the patio and over looking Maalea Bay was so relaxing! Loved it!

                                      Day 2.
We woke up really early and headed to Ioa Valley State Park. So beautiful! We walked all over following a path of steps admiring the scenery and stream of water.

Then we went to Baldwin Beach Park. The color of the water was so beautiful!! We parked and walked along the beach toward the left. When we went in the water there was rocks which hurt our feet and didnt stay long BUT a local was swimming towards the right of the beach and asked her if there was rocks were she was swimming and she said no. So we should have stayed but were already had washed off. I really loved the beauty of this beach.

Then drove toward La Haina looking for Baby Beach .We couldn't find it and ended up just going in a part of a beach which was shallow for the kids.Barely any waves. It rained a little but I forgot to mention the amazing warm water in Maui!! I fell in love. I also fell in love with the green mountain scenery on our way back to our condo.

    Day 3.
We woke up early and drove to Napili Bay. We had to park along the back of some hotels and found a narrow walk way. As we walked through it, the beautiful bay greeted us. I absolutely was in love of this place. Great for the kids. The water was crystal clear and calm. Of course on our way back to the condo there was beautiful green mountains.

                                                                                Day 4. Part 1.
We drove to Garden of Eden which was filled with all of Maui's Trees, fruit trees and plants. It was truly nice to see everything the grows in Maui. Plus we were able to see a water fall below the Garden which was nice because we didnt get to go to Hana to see them up close.

Then when driving back, we stopped at a cute stand were we got shave ice which was the best thing ever, especially because under the shave ice was homemade coconut ice cream. We also got a pineapple which was so sweet and delicious, a coconut and pineapple bread.

Part 2.
After resting a little, we decided to go to  Kalama Beach Park to take the kids to play. It was a nice park!. Then we head to Kamaole Beach to watch the sunset. It was an incredible experience to be able to be in the ocean at 6pm. The water was warm and it was amazing.

Day 5. Our last day.
We woke up super early to take advantage of our last day. We went to Maluaka Beach for a little bit because it also had a lot of rocks in the water, but it was beautiful!! loved the color of the sand. We enjoyed the view of course. Then drove to look for Baby Beach again and views were breathtaking again <3

We finally found Baby Beach. We had to park a block from a residential area and walk along side a house . Sort of like a alley if I remember. Walked between 2 houses and there it was. Calm waters, perfect for babies and kids. It was nice and relaxing.

Then we drove back and had to stop again for shave ice. I seriously have been craving it since I got back :(. The ice is so fluffy and yummy!!!!

Then the next day we went home. I seriously want to go back to hike up to a waterfall and snorkle. Some day!. I hope you enjoyed my post about our trip to Maui. Mai should be on your bucket list! <3
